Recipe Instructions

Add extra potassium hydroxide to lye water in qty. that will make 3% potassium citrate (oil weight) after saponification. So for 250g oils = 7.5g potassium citrate = 4.123g potassium hydroxide. Then add filtered lemon juice in amount that brings down ph to approx. 10.2-10.3.

Add 0.3% oil weight (0.75g) vitamin E at cooldown after trace

Add 0.05% oil weight (0.13g) rosemary oleoresin

Add 3% of total weight sodium lactate solution (adjust for strength of solution) to dilution water.
