Needed Ingredients

Water + Lye

24.32 oz Water

11.11 oz 100% Purity NaOH

Oils

8 oz Lard

23 oz Coconut Oil, 76 deg

1 oz Lanolin

16 oz Lauric Acid

16 oz Palm Kernel Oil

Additives + Additional Ingredients

1.28 ounce Citric Acid Powder

3.20 ounce DL-Panthenol

4.80 ounce Optiphen

24 ounce Alpha Olefin Sulfonate at 7.5%

14.40 ounce PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate at 4.5%

Recipe Instructions

Dilution 4:1 = 4 parts water to 1 part soap paste

in this batch we have 4 pounds of soap that requires 16 pounds of water, around t gallons

Optiphen 1.5% of total weight

PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate at 4.5% mix with polysorbate-20 and fragrance oil

DL-Panthenol 1-5% (1% in this batch)

Polysorbate 20 Calculate for fragrance Use
