Notes on Brewing Coffee

  1. Ingredients:
  • Distilled water: 310.5 g
  • Coffee grounds (for brewing): 19.4 g (using a 1:16 ratio of coffee grounds to water for balanced strength)
  1. Steps:
  • Boil distilled water and let cool slightly for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Pour hot water over coffee grounds (or stir grounds into water).
  • Let steep for 4–6 minutes.
  • Strain brewed coffee through a filter or fine sieve.
  • Cool completely before incorporating into the soap recipe.
