Recipe Instructions

Weigh water and lye for lye solution.

Add lye to water and stir until the solution is no longer cloudy.

Weigh all oils. Place tallow in a boil over a pot of simmering water.

Place the olive oil and castor oil into a different container.

When coconut oil and tallow are melted remove from heat.

Add the remaining oils.

When the oils are mixed add your lye solution.

Use an immersion blended to mix to trace.

When trace is achieved stop the blender, add EO and mix by hand.

Pour into silicone molds

wait 48 hours and remove from mold, cut if needed and cure 4-6 weeks in ventilated area.
