Needed Ingredients

Water + Lye

221.92 g Water

82.04 g 100% Purity NaOH

Oils

231 g Olive Oil - All Grades

192 g Coconut Oil, 76 deg

20 g Castor Seed Oil

141 g Shea Fruit Butter

Additives + Additional Ingredients

39 gram Tumeric

57 gram Carrot Juice

2.80 gram Lemon Essential Oil

2.20 gram Lemongrass Essential Oil

3 gram Bergamot Essential Oil

2.20 gram Ginger Essential Oil

3.70 gram Ambered Vanille Fragrance Oil

Recipe Instructions

Shred Tumeric to prepare for infusion with Olive oil

Infuse Olive oil with freshly shredded Tumeric (Later, drain to have only infused Olive oil)

Weigh out hard oils and allow to melt

Shred carrots (3) medium sized then stick blend to make puree and strain to get the juice

Weigh out Essential oils

A little less than 1/4 tsp cornstarch into Essential Oil Mix (To make scent last longer)

Lye and oil were less than 10 degrees apart in temperature when Lye poured into oils

Poured Carrot juice in before pouring lye (probably shouldn't have but we'll see what happens)
