Recipe Instructions

Take 2 Tablespoons of dried rose hips and pour 2 Cups of boiling water over it and cover it. Allow it to cool down to room temperature. Then strain with a fine mesh and coffee filter. Freeze mixture into cubes. Slowly pour lye solution over the cubes. Add 1 TBS of rose clay when soap is light trace. This recipe calls for 12.16 oz of rose hip herbal infusion. I have adapted this recipe and reduced the liquid to 9.08 ounces. 1 TBS of salt and sugar will be added.
