176 Egg yolk soap orange Rosehip oat made 31/10/2025
Recipe Instructions
Modified tellervo recipe. Used her method. 3 egg yolks. Melt oils, add a small amount to yolks and blend to temper. Strain into rest of oils and blend again.
mix EO with 4 tsp yellow clay. 6g Lemon myrtle, 6g 5x orange
lye temp 44C, oils 27C
add to batch at light trace along with 1tsp poppy seeds, 1tbs juniper ground, and not too finely ground oats 1 tbs, Rosehip powder 1 tbs
time to reach trace. Used tall skinny silicone mould. Covered but not wrapped or insulated. 20C day.
Unmoulded
next day., Light to moderate exfoliating feel.
