Rose and Lavender basic Soap
Recipe Instructions
Begin by wearing safety gear and mixing the lye into your water. Do this outside away from kids or animals. Let cool to room temp.
Measure and mix your oils. Once the oils and Lye water are near 90°-100° combine and bring to a light trace. Divide the mixture into two containers and add scents. Optional: use soap colorants. I'm using pink and purple mica. Pour your soap however you like. I'm trying to make a marble effect but it's not necessary. Allow to rest for 24-48 hours before removing from your molds. Allow a cure time of 4-6 weeks. Enjoy!
