Turmeric or Ginger Soap
Recipe Instructions
Start this the night before: turmeric water. use as EVOO amount: Turmeric Infusion: 2 tbsp turmeric powder per 150 grams olive oil. ( Prepare enough needed for the recipe) Place oil and turmeric in a jar and place in a pan of warm water over low heat 2 ½ hours. Let cool overnight until the powder settles on the bottom. Pour off colored oil. Use ginger the same way. Can use grated ginger.
Note: this came out a very "oily" soap...I'll see what it feels like in a week...oozing oil, right after un-molding it.
